Place an Order
We only accept Ready-to-Print electronic files. You must check your files carefully before submitting. All received files are assumed 'OK to Print' and can not be cancelled or stopped. Once we receive your files, we'll review the files to make sure that all the settings are correct. Then, we'll send  you a confirmation email which shows the order information, such as:

• Product type

• Print Quantity

• Special feature, upgrades, if any

• Shipping address

If this your first time order, one of our associates will contact for your credit card payment information.

Order Turnaround Time

In most cases, business card, large format printing orders are delivered within 5 to 10 days and plastic cards are delivered within 10 to 15 business days depends on your geographical location. To give you a more realistic outlook, the following table shows you rough estimates on our turnaround on both domestic and international orders. Keep in mind that it can be taking up to 10 days.

* Each upgrade feature requires 1 to 2 additional days.

* Please refer to your price list for rush charge fees.

Shipping and Delivery
We have teamed up with UPS to deliver our orders for both international and demotic. Upon request, we can 'Blind Drop Ship' to your clients with your information shown on the shipping label as you're the shipper rather than americancolor.net. Also, you can give us your UPS account to ship your orders.

Occasionally, we'll ship an order to you from our managed overseas facilities such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore or Korea, especially on rush or heavy weight orders. If that's the case, instead of our address label, you'll see a foreign country address label with a different company name on the packing. Don't panic, it's as good as the orders shipped from us at Chicago.

.Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments - Visa, Master, American Express, Discover cards, and PayPal. We must have your credit card information on file when you place the order. Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready to be shipped. Sorry, we do not issue credit terms to any individual or any business and no C.O.D. accepted.

Return

Printing products are custom made and exclusively for your particular needs. They can not be re-sold to the other. Its value can only be realized when you use it. Therefore, your order may not be returned unless there's a very strong reason such as the colors are totally incorrect, material is defective, etc.

In the event you really want to return your order, please contact us to state the reason why.

FTP Your File

You may use your FTP client program to upload your files to us. Here is our FTP server details:

After you log in, you may create a folder using your company name. You may now copy and paste your files into your folder. Please send us an confirmation email for your file upload stating the followings:

• Your name

• Your company name

• Shipping address (no P.O. Box)

• Payment information (credit card #s, expire date; billing address)

FTP Your File

You may also email us a link to your server that we can download your files. In your email, please state these followings:
